Des Moines Public Schools is seeking Part-Time Bus Associates.Job Summary:Assist with the supervision and safety of students while on the bus.This position requires continuous use of independent judgment. The essential functions as shown below represent only the key areas of responsibility; specific position requirements will vary depending on the needs of the transportation department. Competency working in a culturally diverse environment, or the willingness to acquire these skills. Attend work on a prompt and regular basisSuccessful candidates for this position will possess:Eighteen (18) years of age or olderPosition Details:Work morning and afternoon shift daily, other hours may be available. Academic School Year20-25 hours a weekMonday-FridaySalary: $18.13 per hour - Attached salary is for the 2023-2024 school year. Salary for the 2024-2025 school year is subject to change.
