Lube-Tech also operates Reliable Plus, a vehicle wash company who provides product and service solutions to customers within the c-store, grocery, fleet and automotive industries.JOB SUMMARY:The Lube-Tech Lead Install Technician will professionally lead installation jobs at customer sites including communicating with customers, ensuring safety and quality compliance and directing work duties and timelines to install technicians, in the absence of the installation manager.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Leading and training Install Technicians in all aspects of the installation processActing as a mentor to Install Technicians providing technical guidance and training in the fieldCompleting all aspects of Installation and commissioning of state-of-the-art vehicle wash equipmentProviding the customer with training on the operation of their new equipmentProperly leading the others on the team to achieve 100% quality at turnoverTurning in commissioning forms and any other documentation upon completion of the jobLoading and transporting the trailer for the install to ensure all items required are taken to the job siteCommunicating requirements and timing to trades and general contractors on the job site to ensure on-time completion of projectsCommunicating any accidents or incidents to the install manager as soon as its safe to do soGoing above and beyond to complete projects safely and on time while setting a good example for everyone on the teamKeeping the install manger informed of how the job is progressing, including communicating all issues to the install manager as soon as possible so that they can be resolved in a timely matterManaging labor hours on the install and informs the install manager when more or less labor is neededConfirming that labor and supplies for the job are being recorded properlyFollowing and enforcing safety rules and procedures at all timesWorking with processes that are unique to specific siteModifying or updating equipment as requiredMaintaining tools and materials in a safe professional mannerDeveloping improved methods for fulfilling responsibilitiesAccurately perceiving information from the install managerTrouble shooting issues with the Install Manager to find and resolve the causeInterfacing with customers and co-workers in an appropriate mannerKeeping job sites safe, clean and organized at all timesMaking sure equipment supplies and tools are kept in a secure location to control avoidable lossProgram the equipment being installedTaking notes to perform a task after being trained on that taskContinuing to learn ever changing and more advanced machines as requiredTravelling to customer sites, requiring up to, or over 30 weeks/year overnight staysReading plans and interpret
