Job Descriptions:

Candidate will be providing janitorial services for 3 different locations listed in the work environment section.

3 month contract

Clean all office, bathrooms, common areas, etc of the buildings.

Be able to communicate with diverse team, as well as client and account manager as needed.

Able to hit cleaning goals and expectations to get everything accomplished throughout the shift.

Valid Driver's License.

Ability to lift 10 to 25 pounds for pushing or pulling cleaning carts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

6 months to 1 year of janitor, cleaning or custodial experience

Ability to walk for 8 hours a day

Ability to speak English and communicate with employees within the corporate building they are cleaning

Ability to lift up to 10 to 25 pounds

Must have valid driver's license
