In this role, as Field Operations Manager you’ll be responsible for the overall management of furniture installation across the state, using internal and external resources and labor, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining a profitable business operation.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Recruits, hires, trains, and develops high caliber personnel for the installation department
Manages furniture operations installers: monitors assignments / projects & assesses quality of work; communicates department goals, performance expectations & work standards; conducts one-on-ones with employees and provides ongoing feedback to team members, assessing development needs for continued growth and development; identifies training opportunities for employees; recommends staffing changes and participates in interviewing and selection; works with Partner, Operations and Human Resources to resolve employee issues taking corrective action.
Conducts key job site visits to evaluate projects on but not limited to: work quality, job site conditions and overall job performance. Ensures all safety procedures are followed.
Assists team with troubleshooting and problem resolution in all areas of projects.
Ensures projects are completed on time and all warranty, punch, and service work is clearly communicated and completed
Collaborates and conducts weekly team meetings to discuss installation projects; identifies and discusses challenges, resolutions, progress, resources and shared resource needs and opportunities; share best practices.
Provides input to Partner, Operations on annual department goals; recommends / implements strategies that will meet goals.
Manges the furniture installation budget statewide; plans for and uses resources efficiently; constantly identifies ways to reduce costs
Establishes and monitors KPIs for furniture installation; fosters a culture of Continuous Improvement
Other duties as assigned.
