Participates in product and procedure training in classroom, on the job training, and reviews all available manuals and resources to acquire and increase product knowledge

Top Skills Details:

2+ years of working experience in customer service

Call center experience preferred

1 year of customer service, administrative, or sales experience

Strong analytical thinking skills

HS Diploma
