Job Description

The Senior Analyst will join the Complaint Response team. This individual’s primary responsibility will be complaint resolution in addition to supporting other Compliance team functions. This role will report to the Vice President, Compliance. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review, research and respond to consumer, Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and Regulatory complaints in a timely manner. Maintain a professional, balanced, and fair approach in communications with customers, agents, and internal business partners. Communicate with consumers throughout the complaint process to ensure satisfaction of resolution. Perform analysis on the types of complaints submitted; track trends and partner with Operational Oversight Teams to quickly identify potential solutions. Create and maintain collaborative working relationships with TPAs and key operational stakeholders. Requirements: Experience in life and/or annuity, 4+ years is desired A mixture of compliance and operational knowledge that has been acquired by demonstrable work experience Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working under pressure and against tight deadlines with multiple concurrent deliverables Motivated self-starter, strong work ethic, high level of personal integrity, demonstrates level of maturity and accountability Ability to make decisions, use sound independent judgement, establish priorities, and work effectively on multiple initiatives concurrently Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner Strategic thinker with the ability to influence outcomes internally and externally
