Principal Coding Specialist II in Des Moines, Iowa
As a Coding Specialist II, there will never be a dull day. You will be consistently learning while having a rich variety in the work you will do, which includes:
Reviewing retirement plan and trust documents for valid and timely signatures
Accurately updating system coding according to the plan provision changes and procedures
Process a variety of employer-level coding changes
While we prefer those with experience in retirement/financial industry with system coding experience, successful candidates will have:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of relevant work experience.
Must be able to effectively work independently and within a team environment
Strong attention to detail, organized and can communicate effectively
Ability to meet or exceed established measurements
Comfortable working in ambiguous situations
