Principal Client Onboarding Manager in Des Moines, Iowa
As a Client Onboarding Manager in our Defined Contribution area, you’ll coordinate all aspects of multi-process onboarding for our medium to large sized clients, while maintaining overall responsibility for onboarding.
Your day will be filled with:
Working independently, act as a consultant and actively advise clients and prospects as they navigate through the acquisition/implementation phase of onboarding.
Establishing and improving client/intermediary relationships through effective communication and delivery of expectations to ensure growth in retirement savings and profitability for all partners.
Ensuring accuracy and integrity of the client's data and set up to ensure ongoing success.
Mentoring and coaching team members along with managing and/or participating in special projects.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience required.
Defined benefit or Defined contribution knowledge and customer service skills preferred.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Analytical, innovative, and creative thinking along with problem solving skills.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills, including verbal, written, phone, and presentation skills.
Strong initiative and organization skills to work efficiently to meet deadlines on multiple transitions.
