SUMMARYUnder general direction, functions as liaison between CDS Global and our clients. Maintains communications, coordination, promotion, and operational contact with our clients according to established departmental procedures. Maintains positive, professional working relationship between CDS Global and our clients. Assumes ownership and responsibility of account throughout various departments within CDS Global.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMaintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients proprietary information.Manages assigned account(s) to fulfill client requirements utilizing established departmental procedures.Executes clients business needs while integrating complex systems and processes both internally and externally.Serves as liaison between the clients and CDS Global.Coordinates, oversees, and assumes responsibility for assigned client business needs with various departments throughout CDS Global.Monitors assigned accounts to analyze, troubleshoot, problem solve, and plan for clients future business needs.Invoice client according to contract specifications.Investigate and resolve any invoice discrepancies.Acquires and maintains comprehensive knowledge of applicable CDS Global systems, divisions and/or departments capabilities, operations and limitations.Develops and maintains knowledge of magazine and/or product and/or item processing industry based on the clients business needs.Interacts in cooperative and professional manner with all levels of employees, clients and/or vendors in team-oriented environment.Organizes tasks and resources to complete assignments and/or projects and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.Continually learns and applies new information in fast-paced, dynamic technical environment.Researches, participates in, and leads new projects within client base and department.Provides assistance to other team members and departments as needed.Travels when required or requested, sometimes with little notice.Follows all CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESParticipates in and schedules meals, entertainment, tours, meetings, etc., for visiting clients.Attends training and/or onsite classes as required.Gives presentations as required or requested.Attends meetings at branch sites and/or off-site as required or requested.Research and prepare contract review information for Client Director.Focus on process improvement for assigned accounts.Support Client Director in developing sales opportunities.Prepare and present annual business review information to assigned clients.Mentors other employees as needed.Performs additional duties as required or requested.EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND LICENSINGFour-year degree or equivalent fulfillment industry or related work experience, or a combination of college and fulfillment industry related work experience.Above average PC knowledge and skills.Above average math skills.Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.Demonstrated experience communicating technical information to non-technical individuals.If required to travel, has access to transportation requiring a valid drivers license, proof of safe driving record, and active insurance.EOE/AA Employer including Vets and DisabledPre-employment background check(s) conducted on qualified candidates.Post-offer, pre-employment drug/health screening(s) required for some positions.Accessibility: If you need an accommodation as part of the employment process please contact Human Resources at:Phone:515-247-7500Email:hremployment@cds-global.comIf you want to view the EEO is the Law poster, please choose your language:EnglishSpanishArabic-ChineseIf you want to view the EEO is the Law Supplement poster, please choose your language:EnglishSpanishArabicChineseIf you want to view the Pay Transparency Policy Statement, please click the link:EnglishEqual Opportunity Employerminorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/g
