Summary:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to lead part of our Candidate Channels Team. We are passionate about disrupting the typical recruiting process, and we're always looking for ways to become more efficient.

Required Skills:

  1. Proactively builds partnerships across team and with external stakeholders and clients

  2. Partner with the Recruiting Team to understand and apply talent pipeline requirements, to screen candidates for eligibility

  3. Develop and execute creative strategies through events, tools, and communication channels to increase top of funnel candidate volumes for talent pipelines

  4. Forge and maintain strong relationships with candidates by conducting exploratory calls, as applicable, and advising candidates on additional roles they are qualified

  5. Provide feedback and make recommendations on process improvements, technology, training requirements, etc. - and champion the implementation of the process changes/new ideas

  6. Be receptive to feedback, and use for improvement

  7. Educate employees on Recruiting Program policies, process and best practices

  8. Update manager and other task stakeholders, keeping them informed about ability to meet deadlines and commitments

  9. Work collaboratively with Specialists and other Advisors to manage high volumes of candidate review

  10. Utilize data to drive engagement and accountability across recruiting and business partners

  11. Maintain strong data integrity by executing team processes and ensuring accuracy of candidates’ status

  12. Assist in the planning and execution of ad hoc projects and events

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in Recruiting, Operations or a Consultative role

  2. 1+ years of sourcing or talent assessment experience

  3. Experience influencing, communicating and negotiating in a cross-functional environment both internally and externally

  4. Experience accomplishing daily tasks with minimal supervision and produce high quality work

  5. Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently

  6. Experience managing multiple requests in parallel, through process management and experience prioritizing competing demands

  7. Attention to detail

  8. Experience utilizing data to accurately problem solve
