Job TitleCampaign ManagerJob DescriptionJob Summary | Major goals and objectives.The Campaign Manager will serve as a campaign manager related to all editorial manners and keep branded content initiatives running smoothly. He or she will act as a project manager for the internal business development and editorial teams and may represent them on client calls. This role is responsible for solidifying project timelines and ensuring goals are met. It is crucial that this individual is highly organized and has strong communication skills in order to succeed in this role.Essential Job FunctionsServe as the internal editorialcampaigncontact on all execution pointsServe as project manager for the editorial team to ensure they meet timelinesServe as the main point of contact between the business development and editorial teamsPresent content ideas with editorial team ahead of kickoff calls with clientProvide project timeline for all paid editorialcampaigns which include launch date, deadlines, etc.Collaborate with Branded Content Editor to ensure editorial topics, product links, etc. get to the clientCoordinate with the Newsletter Editor to provide promotional calendar for eachcampaignEnsure we hit pageview and click goals and that all placements get scheduled for promotionAct as a liaison between the paid marketing and business development teams when necessaryMaintain the Branded Content trackersCreate Branded Content performance recapsCreate affiliate links for the editorial teamsAttend branded content meetings and provide the team with a status update for all live campaignsPull branded campaign performance data for the business development and editorial teamsJob Requirements | All must be met to be considered.Education:Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or related fieldExperience:2+ years experience in branded content or operations for a magazine, agency, or online publisher.Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Must haves:Comprehensive knowledge of branded contentStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work within technical systems - content management systems (CMS)Ability to work well as part of a cross-functional teamAbility to work well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong attention to detailExperience with Google Drive - Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, and other Google platforms% Travel Required (Approximate): 0%It is the policy of Meredith to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
