Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition will lead the sales and marketing recruiting strategy for Meredith's National Media group and will partner with our teams to fill a variety of roles including sales, marketing, audience development, consumer revenue and SEO. You have an expertise in the media and publishing space and will develop proactive and creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified talent. You will carry a recruiting list and lead and coach a team of 2 recruiters.II.
