Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition will lead the content recruiting strategy for Meredith's National Media group and will partner with our Content leads across the brands (print and digital) to fill a variety of roles including edit, design, research, copy, photo editing, among others. You have an expertise in the content space and will develop proactive and creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified talent. This is a "player/coach" role; you will carry a recruiting list and will lead and coach a team of 2 recruiters.II. Essential Job Functions | Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable ResultsWeight 100%Develop and execute a recruiting strategy for all content roles in a rapidly growing and evolving environmentPartner with HR leads and content leaders to define talent needs across the business and identify key talent pools; work closely with hiring managers to create attractive job descriptionsBuild high-trust relationships with hiring managers and candidates alikeProactively source candidates through a variety of methods (i.e., digital, social media, events), building a consistent pipeline of strong, diverse tech talent Serve as a Meredith ambassador in all facets of the role, delivering a compelling view of the employer brand, as well as a uniquely memorable candidate experienceServe as a strong mentor and manager to two recruiters on the content recruiting team.III.
