We serve a variety of end-use industries, including aerospace, automotive, defense, building and construction, transportation, packaging, and consumer goods.Our Rolled Products North America (RPNA) division is seeking to add a talented Director of Operations to its Manufacturing team. Reporting to the SVP, Manufacturing Operations, this role will manage three facilities: two located in Davenport, IA and one in Lincolnshire, IL. The role will lead all manufacturing operations including melting/blending, casting, rolling, coating and slitting of aluminum in compliance with applicable environmental & safety standards, at specified volumes, quality and cost levels while maintaining high morale and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
