VERA FRENCH COMM MENTAL HEALTH CTR Patient Services Representative in DAVENPORT, Iowa

Vera French is looking for a Patient Services Representative to provide compassionate customer service to clients visiting our Davenport, Center Outpatient location. As a Patient Services Representative you will facilitate the smooth running of the mental healthcare environment and support the delivery of quality patient care. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a critical role in their experience at Vera French.If you are looking to make a difference in your customer service career, this position may be for you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- As the Patient Services Representative you will welcome and greet patients, families, and visitors
- You will coordinate patient appointments, answer inquiries and provide information about the services provided by Vera French.
- You will attain a high level of confidentiality and safe guard patient privacy.
- You will collect copays, ensure accurate patient information, and assist patients with the completion of any necessary documentation.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- Excellent customer service or public relations skills required.
- Computer knowledge and Microsoft office experience
- Office setting experience preferred.
