Description

We are currently seeking candidates for an Operations Coordinator position within an Investment Department. The role involves providing essential operational support to the department. This is a full-time position with standard weekday hours and offering potential for long-term growth. The position is based at our client's headquarters and offers a supportive working environment under the guidance of a gracious and knowledgeable leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily operations processing, including financial transactions, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

  • Managing tasks such as processing checks, transfers, ACH transactions, and daily deposits.

  • Handling various responsibilities related to sweep account processing, ensuring smooth fund transfers.

  • Assisting with tax-related duties during tax season, including maintaining records and processing payments.

  • Maintaining and updating accounting records and generating reports for accounting purposes.

  • Performing administrative tasks such as updating procedures, managing inventory, and preparing reports.

  • Conducting monthly reconciliations of various accounts and providing backup support for trading activities and other tasks as needed.
