ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Start a new career in Maintenance for our Autograph Collection Hotels at Hotel Blackhawk and The Current Iowa; both located in downtown Davenport, Iowa.
We are looking for a candidate that is knowledgeable in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, using hand tools, power tools and troubleshooting.
Our Maintenance team members respond to all facilities service calls, assist with emergency responses, resolve safety hazard situations and help to keep the hotel secure.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Able to work 1st & 2nd shift including weekends & holidays
Must be able to communicate effectively to employees and management
Able to read manuals to repair equipment safely
Can move up and down ladders
Comfortable working at heights
Can lift up to 50 lbs.
Computer knowledge for shift reporting
Maintain a professional appearance including a clean uniform and good hygiene
Must be able to work with a team and independently
Preferred:
technical or vocational HVAC certification
1+ years experience
21 years of age or older
Some hotel experience
Some security experience
