Key Objectives
- Lead the business Integration issue resolution, problem solving and improvement initiatives
- Work with IT and Business teams to gather and document business requirements for new and existing projects
- Work with business and IT teams to design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, and productivity
- Work with business and IT teams to analyze, improve and resolve system integration issues
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain Business Knowledge repository
- Partner with architecture and client teams to define and develop strategies to deliver desired results
- Partner with the infrastructure teams to ensure continued stability and support of the standard toolset
- Work with IT project leads on projects by project roadmap priority
- Collaborate / coordinate system changes with IT counterparts across the BU
