The Executive Compensation Professional 2 develops, implements, and analyzes compensation programs for executives, officers and other top key positions. The Executive Compensation Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Executive Compensation Professional 2 develops and administers short and long-term incentive plans for executives. Determines financial and tax treatment of compensation programs, and manages proxy disclosure and analysis. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
5 years within HR or Finance experience
2 years of Compensation , Executive Compensation or Data Analytics experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Experience presenting information to various levels of Leadership and audiences
Experience with Workday, MarketPay, and other survey related experience
Experience working within healthcare and/or insurance companies
