FUNCTIONThe Admissions/Recruitment Communications Coordinator is responsible for carrying out assigned communication activities in support of the Collegeis recruitment, admissions and enrollment operations, in conjunction with the Marketing & Communication Department.ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS iResponsible to the assigned administrator and has a support responsibility to all other departments and college personnel as necessary.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES iDevelop and implement communication content and processes needed to support enrollment campaigns that are based upon enrollment strategies; setup email and print campaigns, list management and data management for each campaign.iIn collaboration with Marketing & Communications, create, implement and manage all enrollment emails such as: campaigns and individual emails to support campus visits and off-campus prospective student events.iWork with the Palmer College Marketing & Communication team to develop high quality digital strategies and recruitment communication pieces that include but are not limited to: website content, electronic nurture campaigns, printed recruitment pieces, social media posts, designed to engage prospective students and their families.iCollaborate with admissions marketing consultant to draft admissions nurture campaign content and provide updates as needed to letters and email messages.iCreate and manage admissions presentation, website, and marketing material content.iCreate, develop, implement and assess marketing and communication plans for assigned programs, events and activities; conduct surveys and secondary marketing research.iDevelop and provide digital campaign, social media, and website analytics to the Admissions and Marketing & Communication teams.iCollaborate with various internal and external sources to support enrollment initiatives.iTrack assigned projects and activities, maintain applicable files and records.iMaintain current knowledge of marketing, promotions, communications and public relations methods and techniques.iDevelop and maintain Admissions/Recruitment Communication Coordinator Training Manual.iPerform all responsibilities in a manner that fully complies with Palmeris Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action policy.iPerform other duties as assigned.
