Must evaluate and report student performances and progress in courses in accordance with college and division policies and procedures. Must meet Minimum Faculty Standards for hire and adhere to college policies and procedures.less than/p>less thanp>Duties include, but are not limited to, teaching classroom lecture courses, curriculum development/restructuring, student success, student recruitment and responsibility for materials and supplies. All candidates interviewed may be required to provide a teaching demonstration.less thanbr>less thanbr>Required Qualifications:iBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similiar field OR 6000 hours of work experience OR Possess a combination of education, training, and at least 6,000 hours of recent, relevant tested experience in the field. Expertise should include one of the following areas; surveying, drawing practicesiCAD, drafting,iGPSiandGIS, and soils and erosion. Usage of an online learning management system is required.less than/p>less thanp>Preferred Qualifications:iTeaching experience is preferred. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, and use a phone. Some travel, by vehicle, may be required.
