In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Define, develop, and improve processes for oligonucleotide manufacturing.

• Provide detailed engineering analysis and documentation that utilizes appropriate statistical methods and process flows.

• Support process deployment, transfer, and ramp into manufacturing.

• Define, document, and execute development and validation plans.

• Other duties as assigned.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, (bio)chemistry, biotechnology, computer science, engineering, or related discipline.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel required.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in biotechnology, computer science, engineering, or related field

• Ability to maintain both a high standard of courtesy and cooperation in dealing with co-workers.

• Adaptability to situations requiring the precise attainment of set limits, tolerances, or standards.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC or similar problem-solving methodology.

• Biotechnology manufacturing or engineering experience.

• CRISPR, NGS, qPCR and other biological method experience.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
