Job Title: Bi-lingual Office Manager
Performs duties required for the hiring process, this includes processing, scheduling interviews, interviewing, onboarding and mentoring new hires. This person must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Creates job postings; works closely with Human Resources department employees, performs prescreen interviews; assists with hiring interviews.
Assists scheduling employment interviews and employment tests.
Conducts new employee orientations, shows orientation video and ensures paperwork is done according to federal and state guidelines.
Employee scheduling. Prior knowledge of Kronos timecard program helpful.
Able to understand and effectively help employees with benefits package.
Help develop and implement training programs.
Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities
Performs other job-related duties and special projects required for management.
Performs clerical duties including some scanning, copying, collating, mailings, ordering supplies, and maintaining filing systems.
Education and Experience
High School or equivalent experience. Basic computer knowledge necessary. Must have strong communication skills both writing and speaking Spanish and English. One to three years of similar or related experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics
Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
Must be able to solve practical problems; variety of variables with limited standardization; interpret instructions.
Must have the ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
Must possess the ability to interview, counsel or advise people; evaluate data, compose correspondence.
Must have the ability to organize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Visual requirements include vision from 20 inches or less to 20 feet or more with or without correction.
Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Pulling, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Office setting but not limited to duties throughout the facility.
The production’s rooms’ temperature is 38-40 degree. This is a fast paced environment.

Computers, Kronos, Microsoft Word, Outlook, calculator, telephone, fax, copier, tow wheeler, box cutters, and pallet jack.
