Job Description Summary

As part of an elite team of annuity policy service professionals, develop and foster proactive relationships with select Top of Pyramid (TOP) level advisors. Provide the highest level of pre- and post- issue service that elevate the advisor experience, resulting in increased sales, retention, and market share.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Expedite processing, problem resolution, and issue handling throughout the life cycle of the policy.

  • Proactively respond to advisors on pre- and post-issue questions.

  • Keep advisors informed on the status of pending business and issue resolution.

  • Prepare and facilitate action items.

  • Review data from multiple administrative systems to interpret, troubleshoot, answer questions, and resolve issues.

  • Meet service level standards by continuously searching for ways to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and value-added service for both internal and external customers.

  • Collaborate with leadership by providing feedback regarding procedure updates.

  • Promote a positive sales support oriented attitude throughout the team and peers in other departments.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience

  • Three years of insurance, financial services, or related sales experience

  • FINRA Series 6 (or obtain within 90 days of hire)

  • Knowledge of annuity product provisions and tax matters related to deferred annuities

  • Understanding of processes and systems used for annuity administration

  • Outstanding written/oral communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to manage priorities and thrive in a fast-paced broker environment

  • Problem solving and decision making skills to research and resolve issues with an appropriate sense of urgency and diplomacy

  • Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel)

Working Conditions

  • Office or hybrid office/remote environment

Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws. It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.*

The salary for this position generally ranges between $50,000 - $60,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus of 6% based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
