Develop, manage, and deploy a marketing strategy that includes both digital and traditional marketing tactics. Create a content strategy to attract, educate, and nurture sales leads, as well as, educate and deepen relationships with current customers. Create and implement comprehensive and impactful marketing campaigns that support business unit goals and maintain the GreatAmerica image, branding and messaging to the market in a consistent manner that elevates and showcases our expertise in the technology industry.
Inbound Marketing & Lead Generation
Develop and support an inbound strategy that attracts and educates quality leads to fill sales pipeline and advance sales process.
Implement social media strategies, including audience development, building campaigns, managing paid advertising, posting regularly, engaging with the industry, analysis of performance and monitoring metrics.
Oversee blog management which involves developing a content strategy, maintaining content and editorial calendars, prioritizing topics, recruiting authors, writing articles, curating outside content, optimizing for key words, creating call-to-actions, and posting regularly. Content is also coordinated with other business units for maximum exposure and results.
Provide oversite for CTG’s portion of the GreatAmerica.com website and coordinate with marketing content strategist and corporate team to ensure updated content, best practices for SEO & SEM, and monthly examination of web traffic.
Writing industry articles and press releases, distributing to media, and posting for both GreatAmerica and Collabrance.
Develop a pre-sales process that includes industry data, best practices and A/B testing. Advance and standardize pre-sales process with assignment selling opportunities.
Leverage HubSpot (or other future) CMS to advance strategies such as progressive forms, workflows, reporting, lead scoring and grading.
Identify online conversion points, qualification indicators and build automated alerts to prompt follow-up. This includes sharing lead information with the Sales Team and corresponding GreatAmerica rep, as needed.
Support vendor and industry relationships to launch promotions, programs, or lead generation campaigns.
Brand Image & Awareness
Possess strong writing skills for content writing, ghostwriting, and editing content.
Write, lay out and build branded emails internal and external (i.e. e-newsletters, drip campaigns, events, recruitment, etc.)
Identify print and digital advertising opportunities (i.e. Magazine Ads, Web Banners, Industry Newsletters, etc.). Coordinate with graphic designer to ensure proper sizing and consistent design.
Collect, script, write, and produce success stories through case studies, videos, partner profiles and testimonials.
Generate content and build presentations for events, webinars, trade shows, and meetings.
Track, plan and implement effective trade show and/or event participation. This will include pre- and post-event marketing.
Strategy & Management
Maintain current and thorough understanding of the markets and customers we serve to provide strategic suggestion to Business Unit, Domain and Sales leaders on a regular and proactive basis.
Determine how data integrates and interacts with Hubspot (or CMS), Salesforce and other GreatAmerica customer information to develop campaigns that deliver RIO back into the business unit.
Establish marketing goals as well as identify, monitor, and share metrics, trends and KPIs to show marketing ROI.
Monitor Google, Facebook and HubSpot Analytics, and build dashboards with data needed to be results driven and enhance our online experience.
Coordinate with other GreatAmerica business units to seek crossover for events, products, and online content.
Review annual marketing budget, make recommendations and decisions based on strategy, needs, and resources.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, psychology, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years related experience
Skills and Abilities
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com or comparable CRM tools, HubSpot or comparable marketing automation tools, intermediate HTML coding, and Google Analytics.
Other Requirements: Track record of customer relations and sales support. Public speaking experience; internal and external audiences. Self-starter with a passion for growing a brand and our business. Ability to develop and leverage internal working relationships. Must possess a high degree of business acumen and be able to cultivate and maintain professional relationships throughout the industry. Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
