, Cedar Rapids, IA, 52498-0505 USA Seeking a leader with strong analytical and communication skills to lead the Collins Cedar Rapids-based Intercompany team supporting the Avionics, Mission and Interiors businesses. The team is responsible for ensuring accuracy of balance sheet intercompany transactions to support statutory financials, as well as, for elimination of intercompany profit for GAAP purposes. The intercompany team is involved in the full contact to cash process by consulting with the business on new scenarios all the way through the lifecycle to clearing of open items through cash settlement. The role provides exposure to a variety of business areas with regular interactions with Finance business leaders, Tax, Treasury, and peer intercompany groups in Enterprise Services.

Role Responsibilities:

Resource planning to most effectively complete monthly tasks

Track and report metrics to leadership

Participate in month-end closing tie-out processes

Support team in bringing reconciling items to closure

Support business initiatives such as SAP Go-Lives

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate discipline and 5 years of relevant experience OR

Advanced Degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience OR

In the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is Required.

Must be a US Citizen

This position is located in Cedar Rapids, IA or has the ability to work remote.
