Xavier High School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to fill the role of our High School College and Career Pathway Coordinator. This position plays a vital role in working with the entire Guidance office and all students to navigate post secondary career choices. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student success and have excellent organization and communication skills as well as a deep understanding of college and career pathways and programs. Bachelor's degree in education, counseling or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
