What YOU will do:

• You will be working on communication software for military radios and other associated equipment.

• You will be working on software applications and software systems that have had previous military exposure and use.

• You will be working on a software agile team responsible for delivering new features to the product.

• You will be impactful as a communicative and collaborative member of the team while working with cutting edge technology.

What YOU will learn:

• You will learn to build the foundation and computing resources for our customers in the military avionics space.

Education & Experience:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
