Aerotek Customer Service Specialist in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Aerotek is hiring a customer service specialist in the Cedar Rapids area.

Job Description:

  • Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls.

  • Assist customers on a variety of tasks such as products, policies and payment status.

  • Provide efficient customer service in a timely manner.

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday between 8am-5:30pm.

  • Work from home, but subject to change.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 1+ years of call center OR 2+ years of retail/restaurant experience.

  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
