Aerotek Account Manager in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Aerotek is hiring a skilled account manager in the Cedar Rapids area.

Job Description:

• Provide support for daily administration of retirement plans.

• Coordinate with manager to research issues and negotiate problem resolution.

• Develop and foster proactive, positive relationships with clients and internal partners.

• Provide prompt, accurate and consistent information that meets or exceeds quality metrics.

• Recognize and communicate possible improvements to management.

• Address client needs, develop action plans, and consult on products, services, and capabilities resulting in added value for our clients.

• Demonstrate general knowledge of recordkeeping, outsourcing and processing capabilities.

• Work from home with a transition back to on-site at a later date.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Preferred strong Microsoft Office skills.
