What you’ll be doing:
Initiating warehouse and work cell implementation – Poke Yokes
Utilizing Project management and risk management skills
Providing feedback to supplier on quality and packaging
Conducting customer scheduled visits
Ensuring targeted response time when problem solving and communications
Partnering with customer(s) to observe challenges
Communicating on parts with team
Validating assembly process is achieving print result
Managing internal and external resolution
Completing internal quality performance communication
Managing inspection process including Poke Yoke creation, resourcing, when to apply and structure
Completing inspections
Fostering teamwork
Completing daily inspection of workstation fixtures
Lifting 10-15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to a minimal amount frequently
Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shift
Performing other duties as assigned
WCI has grown from $50M in annual sales to more than $375M in the last 10 years. During the same period, we have added 5 new locations bringing the total up to 9, including 1 located internationally.
