EEO/AA employerPOSITION SUMMARYThis position is responsible for performing all the functions and processes of preparing compliant loan documents and document imaging while maintaining the quality of the banks electronic loan documentation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESPrepare loan documents efficiently and in a timely mannerImaging and indexing of appropriate documents for the banks imaging systemAnswer questions for co-workers in written form, by telephone, or in person pertaining to electronic files and preparing loan documentsMaintain accurate and compliant electronic image files for customersFund loansSeparate and index all scanned documents in a timely mannerCheck images for accuracy and quality of imageMaintain document imaging system for efficiency, organization, and accuracyControl documentation for all loan typesROLE QUALIFICATIONS:EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperienceAccounting or banking experience encouragedOther Skills and AbilitiesWorking knowledge of all lending and imaging software, with the ability to do updates and troubleshoot programsProficient in the use of imaging softwareStrong attention to detailUnderstands computer and other equipment capabilities and limitationsAbility to learn and retain a complex variety of information related to loan policies and procedures Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to function well in a fast-paced environmentMust have a valid drivers license and reliable transportationCompetenciesTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Initiative is a self-starter; seeks out new tasks and expands abilities; works for the better needs of the business, not just his/her own position.Judgment makes well thought out and timely decisions; consistently adheres to and supports company policies/procedures; requires little to no supervision to produce high quality work.Accountability Accepts responsibility for his/her own actions; will follow through on what he/she says they will do and holds others accountable in the workplace. WORKING CONDITIONSWork is performed largely within the Bank with limited chance for personal injury.The following physical and mental requirements must be met to perform the essential functions of this position:Frequently communicate with employees and other parties by phone, email and/or in person; can exchange accurate information in these situations. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer. Frequently move inside the office to access files or office equipment. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds of office supplies and equipment. Some bending, turning, and twisting required. Periodic stressful situations in response to multiple priorities within established deadlines.Work hours are generally during normal business hours. Unscheduled evening and weekend work may be needed to meet the needs of customers and employees.
