First Capitol Baking is now hiring for Maintenance Technician on 2nd and 3rd shift. Weekly pay!
Description:
Job will be performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance on all sorts of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems in a food manufacturing facility.
Must have Electrical experience. You will be performing machine installs as well as repairs and troubleshooting.
Must take initiative to get things done in a fast-paced environment and within a reasonable time frame.
Must have good communication skills. Communicating with peers and supervisor between shifts.
You must have a willingness to stay busy between trouble calls and ensure all work areas are cleaned up and tools put away after use.
A willingness to learn as well as teach other members of the team.
Skills:
- Preform monthly preventative maintenance checks on all equipment.
- Perform Repairs on all equipment.
- Must have electrical experience.
- Schematic and print reading.
- Wiring and experience with 24v-480v
- Must know how to use a multimeter.
- Experience with Plcs. and VFDs
- Trouble shooting mechanical and electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Must know parts, contactors, relays, fuses, starters, actuators etc.
- Experience with boilers and water chillers.
- Experience with conveyor systems.
- Experience with changing low voltage and high voltage motors.
- Experience with Mig welding and fabricating.
- Experience with chains, sprockets motors, gearboxes, and shafts.
- Conduit Bending
