Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• 1+ years' experience in call center or office environment required

• Strong Microsoft Office skills and basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

• Customer service and office administrative skills

• Proficiency in Outbound Calls

• Additionally, data entry experience preferred

• Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
