ZIEGLER INC Major Data Center Account Manager in ALTOONA, Iowa
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Major Data Center Account Manager. The Major Data Center Account Manager will serve as a single point of contact for Major Data Center Customers. They will be responsible for dealer performance, customer satisfaction, product support coordination, customer support, customer issue resolution, product support sales and pricing. They will own Ziegler's relationship with the Data Center and with Caterpillar. Managing these relationships and seeing that the customer's needs are met and exceeded will be the primary focus.Responsibilities:Manage Ziegler's service delivery to facilitate customers stated business requirements and expectations.Communicate project updates and customer issues with the appropriate groups internally and externally.Lead the Ziegler resources to support the customer by coordinating with Ziegler product support, Caterpillar and the customer.Review and manage key contract and document review.Resolve customer technical situations by coordinating responses directly with Ziegler Technical Communicators and Caterpillar.Monitor and manage Accounts Payable and Receivable to ensure they are current.Document and produce product support sales quotations for customers using standard Ziegler formatting.Analyze product support sales opportunities with assigned accountsSupport EPG Project Managers during delivery and commissioning of new prime product.Support and promote Ziegler's Safety CulturePartner with customer's team and leaders to manage and meet commitments, requirements and expectations of Ziegler.Inform the customer about new capabilities and developments within Ziegler's organization and proposing ideas and solutions that will benefit the customer.Act as key negotiator on all commercial aspects of assigned accounts.Respond promptly to phone calls or email requests from major data center accounts.Provide prompt identification and resolution of service delivery issues.Travel to local sites, national meetings and witness testing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred; high school degree required10+ years of related industry experience requiredTechnical/mechanical experience requiredStrong customer service experience requiredClean driving record requiredPersonal Attributes: Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Conflict Management, Achievement Orientation, Sociability and Acting with UrgencyTravel:Up to 25% travelZiegler Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
