Aventure Staffing HR Clerk in Algona, Iowa
$13.00/hr, Monday-Friday, Day Shift, No Weekends!
An established food manufacturing company located in Algona, IA is looking for reliable, detail orientated individuals to fill their HR Clerk position! The HR Clerk will work Monday-Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00/4:30PM and it pays $13/hr. The ideal candidate for this position should be bilingual, organized and have previous office experience. This is a temporary position, lasting about six months. Individuals that are bilingual and have previous office and/or HR experience are encouraged to apply!
HR Clerk Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews with new applicants and track applicant flow
Pre-employment paperwork and conduct Orientation with new employees
Take employees on/off payroll
Maintain employee records and track attendance
FMLA/STD tracking and documentation
Update weekly job postings
Enter purchase orders and complete invoicing for shipments
Perform other office and administrative duties as assigned

Starting Pay: $13/hr ($520 each week!*)
Paid Every Friday!

To become a HR Clerk, you'll need:
Must be bilingual
Previous office experience required
Previous HR experience preferred
