We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual who will be responsible for administering payroll and benefits and assisting the HR department in various administrative tasks including, but not limited to maintaining complete employee records and generating reports. Additionally, act as a resource for employees and managers by performing the following duties: You Will: * Deliver outstanding service to employees and leaders by: * Accurately and timely preparing payroll, entering and reviewing benefit data, and managing employee files. * Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports such as 1-9, EE0-1, payroll, and other compliance reviews. * Assists HR team with processing employee related paperwork, documentation, and other filings. * Accurately keeps records related the employee and human resources actions * Prepares and distributes employee termination kits, separation notices and related documentation. * Assists in arranging programs and events, preparing company related communication, updating employee marketing materials, and other HR Documents. * Assists in special projects as assigned. * Other duties as assigned. * Abide by Ag Partners’ values and practices by: * Working in a safe & efficient manner * Providing above average customer service * Assisting other locations, as needed You Have: * Associates degree or two to three years related job experience.
