Oversee assigned residential locations to assure quality services are in compliance with all accreditation, auditing and organizational standards. Provide active supervision and instruction to staff in the development and implementation of consumers Life Plan/CCSP. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSLead area staff to manage and implement programs and services consistent with licensure and accreditation bodies, evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically report results to the Residential Administrator. Interpret policies and procedures to area personnel.Provide supervision to all assigned personnel and provide on-going instruction of assigned personnel in day-to-day responsibilities.Maintain records to assure overall compliance with licensing, accreditation, auditing and agency standards.Represent residential services and Link Associates to internal and external stakeholders, consumers and the community in a professional manner.Conduct routine staff meetings to review consumeris goals, Life Plans, consumer wants/desires, and health needs.Assume on-call responsibilities as assigned.Confer with consumers and stakeholders to evaluate, market, and promote services.Instruct and counsel consumers as needed. Ensure consumer documentation is complete, and accurate for billing submission; and provide monthly consumer program updates to case coordinator. Provide supervision to all department personnel including coaching, the development and review of performance evaluation, completing the interview process and proposed salary adjustments.i Compile information and consult with Department Head for preparation of disciplinary actions as needed and participate in the disciplinary actions as coordinated with the Corporate Operations Director.Review and process employee payroll, and mileage.Review and approve on individual consumer basis, instructional activity requests and provide direct support to consumers in money management.Supervise all assigned personnel through the delegation, coaching and monitoring of their performance. Schedule counselors to insure proper coverage. Provide on-going instruction of assigned personnel in day-to-day responsibilities and ensure attendance and completion of all required trainings/meetings.Supervise and provide coaching to assigned personnel to ensure consumeris Life Plans/CCSP are implemented and progress is being made and recorded. Oversee the development of the consumer's Life Plan as assigned, including pre and post staffing paperwork and on going progress on goals. Punctually and professionally attend consumer meetings as assigned. Review monthly income and expenses and monitors financial status for individual consumers.Supervise and coach assigned personnel to ensure that individual and group activities are in coordination with the Life Plans.Supervise assigned personnel in meeting all medical needs of the consumers (medications, doctor appointments, etc.)
