We are seeking a dedicated Systems Analyst who will be instrumental in the upkeep of our clients D365. This will initially focus on the F& O module, and eventually be including the CRM for Dynamics 365. You will own the D365 platform for the enterprise. This role will be focused on building strong relationships with the stakeholders and understanding their needs and how to better serve them. You will also be working closely with the 3rd party vendor assuring any recommendations make sense for the the company and will be in line with the scope. Responsibilities include collaboration with multiple teams, supporting and maintaining application security, handling platform-related help desk tickets, managing application configuration, creating policies as needed. The Analyst will also be tasked with monitoring the platform system's health, identifying recurring issues, developing sustainable solutions, and maintaining a supporting software documentation library. You will also be working closely with the 3rd party vendor assuring any recommendations make sense for the the company and will be in line with the scope.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (candidates with relevant experience will also be considered)

• 2+ years of related experience

• Self-starter with excellent listening and interpersonal skills

• Extreme attention to detail

• High level of integrity and honesty

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills

Technical Skills: Candidates with working knowledge/ experience in the following technologies will be preferred:

• Experience in CRM / ERP migrations and upgrades

• Platform Automation / Scripting experience - Power BI, SSRS, Tableau or even PowerShell would work

• Administration of Dynamics365 F& O or CRM
