The Construction Services Lumber CSR/Lumber Yard Assistant promotes the products and services offered through Key Cooperative’s Lumber Yard to customers and contractors that helps grow Lumber Yard and Construction Services sales for Key Cooperative.

This role is for you if you have:
· High School diploma and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· An outstanding work ethic with ability to pay attention to the details.
· Ability to always project a positive attitude to customers and employees while exhibiting good customer relations skills.
What you will be doing:
· Assisting contractors and customers in product selection.
· Performing sales of products to customers and contractors inside and outside of the Lumber Yard showroom.
· Processing and invoicing of all specialty product orders.
· Pulling and making deliveries and confirming product delivery.
· Maintaining product inventory.
· Balancing the lumber yard cash drawer.
· Providing outstanding customer service while projecting a positive attitude.
· Promoting and supporting all Key Cooperative products, services and programs.
· Assisting in keeping all inside and outside work areas neat and orderly.
