Job Overview:

As a guest experience lead, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers. Your main responsibility will be to greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant, assist with processing orders, and manage the flow of customers during busy periods.

The wage for a Guest Experience Lead at Hart2Hart, Inc. starts at $13.00/hr.

Essential Duties:

· Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and positive attitude.

· Assisting customers with utilizing the kiosks.

· Assisting customers in finding seating and providing high-quality service.

· Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, including clearing and cleaning tables.

· Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

· Monitoring the dining area for cleanliness, safety, and adherence to McDonald's standards.

· Upholding the company's policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene regulations.

· Collaborating with other team members to maintain a positive work environment.

Physical Qualifications:

· Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

· Ability to move throughout the restaurant.

· Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.

· Ability to observe the work environment.

· Exposure to high and low temperatures.

· Ability to move up to 20lbs.

Qualifications:

· Must be 16 years of age.

· Must have reliable transportation.

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Have availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
