Now Hiring Maintenance Mechanic - Weekend Shift!

Job Description

Seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics for our weekend shifts, including one opening for 7am - 7pm and another for 7pm - 7am. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing maintenance on various injection molding machines and robotic/hydraulic equipment used in the production of industrial materials for construction and paint suppliers. Responsibilities include reading a voltmeter, maintaining hydraulic pumps and valves, interpreting electrical prints, and conducting scheduled maintenance on packaging and sealing machinery. Familiarity with LOTO procedures, blueprint interpretation, accurate record-keeping in CMMS, performing tool changeovers, and adhering to safety protocols is required.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Muscatine, Iowa.

Work Environment

Semi-climate controlled plastic injection mold facility requiring steel-toe footwear, jeans or long pants, and safety glasses. The facility employs 50-60 staff members across 3 shifts. Candidates should be prepared to stand for extended periods, have good grip strength, lift up to 100 lbs, work near moving mechanical parts, and tolerate high temperatures and humidity.
