A typical day as our Training and Engagement Coordinator:

  • New Hire Orientation and Onboarding Management: Develop and refine training materials and presentations for new hires. Conduct orientation sessions and train others to do the same. Stay updated on best practices, making suggestions for improvement. Audit onboarding processes for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Program Development and Delivery: Identify training needs and design relevant content, including workshops and online learning. Collaborate with experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Lead training sessions, both internally and externally sourced, to meet organizational goals. Continuously improve training methods for better outcomes.

  • Data and Analytics: Gather and analyze training data to evaluate program effectiveness. Create reports to provide insights and identify areas for improvement. Make recommendations for adjustments to training strategies.

  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within the LMS. Upload, organize, and update training materials. Provide technical support and training to users as needed.

  • Training Documentation Management: Develop, organize, and update training documentation, such as manuals and procedures.

  • Administrative Support: Coordinate training schedules and logistics. Maintain regulatory compliance documentation. Manage accreditation processes and audits. Maintain training calendars and catalogs. Communicate training announcements and updates. Manage registrations and track attendance for training events.

  • Other Duties: Complete additional tasks as assigned or directed.

Compensation:

  • The pay range for this position is $26.50 / hour - $33.50 / hour. The starting rate will be based on years of experience.

Required

  • Proven experience in coordinating and executing multiple training events simultaneously, ensuring seamless delivery and participant engagement.

  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and web delivery tools, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance training initiatives.

  • 3 years: Experience in human resources, learning and development, or a related field.
