We're seeking a Sales Manager to lead our lead generation and sales processes. Working closely with our VP of Market Strategy and Business Development, Chief Marketing Officer, and community leaders, you'll develop and implement effective strategies to market and sell WesleyLife services and products. Here's what you'll do:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Create comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to conduct competitive analyses and set pricing strategies.

  • Generate leads through various channels and pursue new business opportunities.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.

  • Consult with Sales Directors regularly to review progress and address challenges.

  • Coach Sales Directors to develop action plans and meet location-specific goals.

  • Address areas of underperformance proactively and effectively.

Training and Internal Communication:

  • Provide regular team communication and training sessions.

  • Conduct ongoing sales training in accordance with the Sales Playbook.

  • Ensure effective training through appropriate follow-up.

Marketing Interface:

  • Work with marketing teams to develop collateral, advertising, and marketing strategies.

  • Participate in branding discussions to maintain consistent representation of WesleyLife networks.

Reporting and Metrics:

  • Track, compile, and report data to demonstrate progress and success.

  • Provide updates to the Executive Circle and participate in leadership meetings.

Project Management:

  • Lead and participate in projects to improve sales processes and customer service initiatives.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

  • Successfully partner with HCBS leadership to achieve census and revenue goals.

  • Demonstrate professional collaboration with WesleyLife team members.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Provide timely and accurate sales-related reporting.
