Title: Credit Processing Specialist - 33554

Your Responsibilities

As a Credit Processing Specialist for John Deere Financial, you will respond to and resolve complex service issues and requests. You will review and/or audit lending documentation for completeness and accuracy. In addition, you will:

  • Assist with problem solving, training and/or mentoring less experienced personnel

  • Prepare lending documentation and process complex revisions

  • Enter credit data and financial information, pull appropriate credit report information and prepare customer credit file

What Skills You Need

  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office, plus intranet and internet functions

  • 1+ years of experience working in customer service or a related customer-oriented environment

  • Ability to work overtime, as needed

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Installment, lease or revolving processing experience

  • Experience working in the finance industry

  • Experience working in or with the ag, turf, or construction industry

Education (or equivalent experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business/Management discipline
