Join a team that makes "Great Things Happen!"Job Profile SummaryThe Retirement Plan Services Administrator consults with customers and is responsible for handling the day-to-day affairs of a company's retirement plan.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Answers participant phone calls regarding Retirement Plan options, distributions and loan provisions.* Processes loan, hardship and distribution requests.* Processes plan contributions, reconciles eligibility and troubleshoots the system as needed to process the contribution.* Communicates, educates and consults with external and internal customers.* Assists with reports, mailing and other tasks as needed.* Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.* Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION:1 Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:* 1-3 years of retirement services experience preferred.* Ability to learn basic to intermediate level of retirement plan administration.* Knowledge of Microsoft Office.* Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.* Superior organizational capabilities.* Strong attention to detail.* Proven math skills.Scheduled Weekly Hours:40Time Type:Full timeWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all qualified applicants for the position without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
