- Performing property maintenance at apartment complexes
- Performing general handing work including painting, replacing faucets, changing light bulbs, etc.
- Participating in morning meetings and projects
- Maintaining general upkeep
Requirements of the Property Maintenance Tech:
- Plumbing, HVAC, electrical and sheet rock repair experience required
- Basic carpentry knowledge
- Valid Drivers License
