Niche-market manufacturer of process equipment for a variety of industries. This position will be responsible for assisting with product design projects. The company offers benefits including 401(k), pension, medical, dental, paid holidays and vacations.Responsibilities:iCreating approval drawings using Autodesk Inventor;iWorking in collaboration with Product Managers and Manufacturing Engineering;iDrafting new equipment designs;iCreating 3D models and Engineering Drawings from drawings and blueprints;iCreating Assembly drawings used for part lists and production;iDetermining when new designs are required for orders and providing information needed to Design Engineers;iCommunicating with customers and sales reps regarding status of orders, approval drawings, and ship dates;iPreparing BOMs;iWorking with Engineering, Purchasing, Sales and Production departments to ensure seamless flow from acceptance of order through shipment.Education: 4-year degree preferred; Technical or Engineering discipline preferred.
